About
Opened in 2010, the museum occupies an old granary topped with a glowing box whose facade is covered in album covers. Its exhibitions trace Norwegian pop and rock from the 1950s to the present through recordings, instruments and costumes. Hands-on stations invite visitors to experiment with sound.
Best time to go: Allow time for the interactive rooms, where you can mix tracks or play along with a band.
