About these terms

Veduta is provided by Nadir Hussain, Italy (“we”). By using Veduta you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who can use Veduta

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.

Fair use

• Use Veduta for your own travel planning.
• Do not scrape, copy or resell our content, or use automated tools to access the service.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the service's security or usage limits.
• Do not post unlawful, misleading or offensive content.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Google Maps

Veduta uses Google Maps features and content. By using them you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, and Google's use of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Our content and yours

Place descriptions, scores and the design of Veduta belong to us or our licensors. Trips and reviews you create remain yours; you allow us to store and show them so the service works, and to show reviews to other travellers. You can delete them at any time.

Accuracy and AI

We research places carefully, but opening hours, prices and local rules change. Check official sources before you travel. AI-generated plans and answers are suggestions and may contain mistakes.

Bookings

Booking links go to independent partners and may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. A booking is a contract between you and the partner, under their terms.

Payments

Veduta is free while in preview. When paid plans open, orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payment, VAT and invoices under its own buyer terms. A Trip Pass unlocks one trip and is paid once; Pro renews until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your account. You can ask Paddle for a refund within 14 days of purchase, and the rights you have as a consumer are not affected.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Veduta available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made from information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

Ending your use

You can stop using Veduta and delete your account at any time from your account page.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer in the EU you keep the protection of your own country's mandatory law and may bring claims where you live. We will tell signed-in users about material changes before they apply.
