A market has operated here since the late eighteenth century, and today stands sell cheese, spices, olives, fresh fish and street food from around the world. Look up from the stalls at the Otto Wagner apartment houses on the Linke Wienzeile, including the tiled Majolikahaus.
Best time to go: Come hungry on a Saturday morning, when the flea market joins the food stalls.
