About
Built in 1768 and 1769 as part of the Habsburg fortifications and named after Maria Theresa, the armoury recalls the long period when Olomouc was one of the empire's key strongholds. Since 1999 it has housed the library of Palacký University, and its courtyard makes a pleasant pause.
Best time to go: Stop by on a walk between the cathedral and the Upper Square.
