About
A Dominican church has stood here since the thirteenth century, but the present building was reconstructed in Baroque style around 1700 by Giovanni Pietro Tencalla. Its three domes, said to symbolise the Holy Trinity, are painted with frescoes, and the stuccoed interior is among the most splendid in the city.
Best time to go: Look up at the frescoes beneath the three domes, then visit the small cloister chapel if open.
