The clock on the north wall of the town hall dates back to the fifteenth century but was badly damaged in 1945. Rebuilt in the 1950s, it replaced saints and kings with mosaic workers, scientists and athletes, making it a rare and curious monument to its era.
Best time to go: Be there at noon, when the mechanical figures parade across the face.
