About
Designed by Giuseppe Mengoni and built from 1865, the Galleria joins two great arcades under an iron and glass dome. Its mosaic floors, historic cafés and luxury shops have made it the city's drawing room, and tradition says that spinning on the bull of Turin's coat of arms brings good luck.
Best time to go: Stroll through in the evening, and follow local custom by spinning on your heel on the bull mosaic.
