About
Created in the early decades of the Republic as a public park for the new capital, Gençlik Park was an important part of Ankara's modern planning. Restored in recent years, it has a large pool, fountains, tea gardens and shaded paths.
Best time to go: Stroll through in the evening, when the fountains are lit and families come out.
