About

The Khoja Doniyor Mausoleum stands on the east side of the Afrasiyab fortress along the Siyob stream. The present building dates from the start of the 20th century and was built over the grave of Khoja Doniyor. It is a long rectangular hall with five domes, about 15 metres long, with carved ganch decoration on its facade. The spring beside the mausoleum is considered a blessing by local people.

Best time to go: Visit in the morning and dress modestly; this is an active place of pilgrimage.
