About
Opened for the 1900 World's Fair and named after Tsar Alexander III, the bridge celebrates the Franco-Russian alliance. Its single steel arch was a feat of engineering; its golden winged horses frame views of Les Invalides and the Eiffel Tower.
Best time to go: Sunset or night, when its lamps are lit, with the Eiffel Tower in view.
