Most of the church was rebuilt in the 1630s after a fire, but its slender Gothic towers survived from the earlier building. The interior is one of the finest Renaissance church spaces in Switzerland, and its organ, completed in 1650, is famous for its size and sound.
Best time to go: Visit when the great organ is played, or walk around the arcaded cemetery.
