About
Emperor Frederick III built the church in the fifteenth century beside his residence. Its exterior carries the Divine Plagues fresco of 1485, which depicts locusts, plague and the Ottoman threat, and inside two ornate reliquary chests stand beside the chancel arch.
Best time to go: Visit together with the neighbouring mausoleum and look for the faded plague fresco on the outer wall.
