About
Dedicated to St James, the church was built mainly in the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries and served as a stopping place for pilgrims to Santiago. Its interior has fine stained glass and the coats of arms of the Order of the Golden Fleece, which held a chapter here in 1456.
Best time to go: Look up at the tall hexagonal tower from the lanes around the church.
