About
The Lange Voorhout Palace was used by Queen Emma as her winter residence, and today it displays the woodcuts and lithographs of the graphic artist M. C. Escher. His impossible staircases, tessellations and metamorphoses are shown beneath chandeliers designed especially for the museum.
Best time to go: Leave time for the interactive optical illusions on the top floor.
