About
Completed in the 1890s in an ornate French-influenced style, the palace reflects the confidence of a city made wealthy by agricultural exports. It remains the seat of the municipal government and, with the cathedral and the Flag Memorial, forms the civic heart of Rosario.
Best time to go: Admire the façade from Plaza 25 de Mayo and check whether guided visits of the interior are running.
