About
Built by Porto's commercial association on the site of a burnt-out convent, the palace mixes neoclassical and eclectic styles. Tours pass through a glass-domed courtyard to the dazzling Arab Room, an opulent hall inspired by the Alhambra in Granada and still used for official receptions.
