About
Completed in 2005, the tower rises 190 metres in nine cube-shaped segments that twist through ninety degrees from base to top. Designed by Santiago Calatrava and inspired by his sculpture of a twisting human figure, it anchors the regenerated Western Harbour district.
Best time to go: See it from the seafront promenade in the Western Harbour, ideally at sunset.
