About
Built in the 1530s by the Danish king Christian III, when Skåne still belonged to Denmark, the castle guarded the Øresund. Surrounded by moats and parkland, it now holds museums of art, natural history and city history, along with an aquarium.
Best time to go: Explore the museums on a rainy day and walk the moat-side park afterwards.
