About
Built in the seventeenth century as part of the New Mosque complex, the bazaar was funded by rents from its shops. Its L-shaped hall is lined with stalls piled with spices, teas, nuts and sweets, and the streets around it are busy with traders.
Best time to go: Explore the side streets around the bazaar, where locals do their shopping.
