About
Djurgården was a royal game park from the seventeenth century and remains largely green, part of the Royal National City Park. Besides the Vasa Museum and Skansen it holds the ABBA Museum, the Nordic Museum and the Gröna Lund amusement park, with oak woods and waterside walks beyond.
Best time to go: Arrive by ferry from Slussen and walk or cycle the waterside paths on a fine day.
