About
Completed in 2015 and standing more than six hundred metres tall, the tower twists as it rises to reduce wind loads, wrapped in a double skin of glass. Some of the world's fastest lifts whisk visitors to the observation floor, where the views reach over the river, the Bund and the whole sprawling city.
Best time to go: Go up on a clear day in the late afternoon and stay until the city lights come on.
