About
Records mention the bridge in the eighth century, when it linked the royal palace with the south of the city. After long research it was rebuilt in the twenty-first century with its roofed gallery and gate pavilions, and its reflection in the stream is especially beautiful after dark.
Best time to go: Visit in the evening, when the bridge is lit, and combine it with a walk through Gyochon village.
