The Rose and Jasmine Garden lies within the Shakarparian recreational area, near the Aabpara sports complex on Kashmir Highway. It covers just over 20,000 square metres and is known for its collection of roughly 250 rose varieties. Around 150 species of jasmine grow alongside them, and seasonal flower shows are held here, especially in the spring months.
Best time to go: Come in spring, when the roses are at their peak and the seasonal flower shows are on.
