About

Ski jumping has taken place on the Bergisel since the 1920s, and the hill hosted Olympic events in 1964 and 1976. The current jump, designed by Zaha Hadid and completed in 2002, has a lift to a viewing platform and café at the top, looking down the inrun towards the Inn valley.

Best time to go: Ride up to the panorama café at the top of the tower late in the afternoon.
