About
Designed by the landscape architect Charles Thays at the end of the nineteenth century, the park was one of the city's great civic projects. Its lake, rose garden and wide lawns are the favourite open space of central Córdoba, and several museums and cultural buildings stand around its edges.
Best time to go: Walk here on a weekend morning, when runners, cyclists and families fill the paths around the lake.
