About
The temple dates back to the early Lanna period, and its brick tunnels, with niches holding Buddha images, were built for monks' meditation. The wooded grounds are dotted with signs bearing Buddhist proverbs, and a lake with fish and turtles adds to the calm atmosphere.
Best time to go: Come in the early morning to walk the forest paths and tunnels in peace.
