نبذة

Sultan Ahmad al-Mansur built these mausoleums in the late sixteenth century for himself and his family. A later dynasty sealed them off, and they were rediscovered in 1917. The Hall of Twelve Columns, with its marble pillars, gilded cedar dome and delicate stucco, is one of the most refined interiors in Morocco.
