À propos
Al Shindagha is part of Dubai's traditional centre and has been restored to revive its old buildings. Sheikh Saeed bin Maktoum, ruler of Dubai, lived here from 1912 to 1958, and his reconstructed house is now a museum of the old town. The district lies along the creek, north of Bur Dubai, and makes a good walk for anyone interested in the city before oil.
Meilleur moment pour y aller: Combine it with Al Fahidi on foot along the creek, and visit in the late afternoon as the waterfront cools.
