The lower part of the Giralda was the minaret of the 12th-century mosque; a Renaissance belfry was added in the 16th century. Instead of stairs, 35 ramps lead to the top, with views over the rooftops and the Alcázar.
Best time to go: First thing in the morning, when it is cooler.
