Über diesen Ort
Built for the sultans in the late nineteenth century as a summer palace, Dar Batha became a museum in the early years of the protectorate. Its collections span carved wood, embroidery, astrolabes and above all the famous blue Fez pottery. The rooms open onto a garden of cypresses, palms and fountains laid out in the Andalusian style.
Beste Besuchszeit: Visit in the heat of the day and rest in the shady Andalusian garden at its centre.
