نبذة
Jumeirah Mosque was built between 1975 and 1979, drawing on historical Islamic styles such as Fatimid and Mamluk architecture. It was a gift from Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum to his son and heir, Sheikh Mohammed. The mosque holds up to 1,200 worshippers and is overseen by the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding, which opens it to non-Muslim visitors on guided tours.
أفضل وقت للزيارة: Join a guided visit run for non-Muslim visitors; dress modestly, and women should bring a headscarf.
