About
Haeundae has been a resort since the early twentieth century and draws huge crowds in summer. At its western end, the wooded Dongbaek Island has a clifftop walk and the Nurimaru APEC House, while the eastern end leads towards the old coastal railway, now a walking path and sky capsule line.
Best time to go: Walk the coastal path around Dongbaek Island in the morning, then relax on the sand.
