The museum's Art Deco building was designed by H. P. Berlage and completed in 1935. Its collection spans modern art, fashion, Delftware and musical instruments, and the Mondriaan galleries trace his path from landscapes to pure abstraction, ending with his final work, Victory Boogie Woogie.
