نبذة
Tradition dates Beomeosa to the Silla kingdom in the seventh century, and it remains an important centre of Seon Buddhism. Its single-pillared entrance gate, halls of painted wood and stone pagoda sit among old trees, and hiking trails lead on to the historic Geumjeong fortress.
