نبذة

The Mont des Arts was laid out on the slope between the royal upper town and the medieval lower town, and was largely completed in the mid-twentieth century. Formal gardens step down past the Royal Library, and from the upper terrace the spire of the town hall rises above the rooftops of the old centre.
