Built between 1968 and 1973 on the Mecsek hills, the tower rises to almost 200 metres and is among the tallest structures in Hungary. An observation deck part-way up looks down on the red roofs of Pécs and far across the plains of southern Transdanubia.
Meilleur moment pour y aller: Go up on a clear day, ideally combining it with a walk in the Mecsek woods.
