À propos
Shah Ali Akbar, a descendant of the Ismaili preacher Shamsuddin Sabzwari, led his community in the mid-sixteenth century, and a foundation stone dated 1585 suggests he paid for his own tomb. Its octagonal plan, sloping walls, tapering turrets and dome echo the tomb of Rukn-e-Alam, hence its nickname. Inside, carved plaster was used on a scale new to Multan, following fashions of Akbar's court.
Meilleur moment pour y aller: Go by rickshaw in the morning and combine it with the city's other tombs.
