À propos
Frere Hall was completed in 1865 and honours Sir Bartle Frere, a nineteenth-century commissioner of Sindh. It was planned as the town hall, but today it serves as a library and exhibition space. Between 1951 and 1970 it also housed the National Museum of Pakistan, before the collection moved to a purpose-built home. The surrounding gardens make a green pause in the middle of the city.
Meilleur moment pour y aller: Come in the morning, when the gardens are quiet and the light suits the stonework.
