À propos

Giuseppe Poggi laid out the terrace in the 1860s, when Florence was briefly the capital of Italy, and crowned it with a bronze copy of David. It is busy at sunset for good reason. For a quieter view, keep walking uphill to San Miniato al Monte.

Meilleur moment pour y aller: Sunset. Walk up via the stepped ramps from San Niccolò instead of taking the bus.
