The house dates from the eighteenth century and is associated with the Marquis of Sobremonte, governor of Córdoba and later viceroy of the Río de la Plata. Its rooms, balconies and patios hold furniture, religious art and everyday objects, giving a vivid picture of life in the colonial city.
