The Fløibanen funicular has climbed from the city centre to the summit since 1918, reaching the top in a few minutes. From the viewing terrace the whole of Bergen spreads out below, framed by fjords and islands. Well-marked trails lead on to lakes and forest, and there are play areas and a café for a longer stay.
Meilleur moment pour y aller: Ride the Fløibanen funicular up and walk back down through the woods for a gentle descent.
