À propos
Nur Jahan, wife of the emperor Jahangir, built the tomb in the 1620s for her father, the high official Mirza Ghiyas Beg. It was among the first Mughal buildings faced entirely in white marble and decorated with pietra dura inlay, and its intricate geometric and floral patterns anticipate the decoration of the Taj Mahal.
Meilleur moment pour y aller: Come in the late afternoon, when it is quiet and the inlaid marble catches the lower sun.
