St Pierre Cathedral

Información

Built largely in the twelfth and thirteenth centuries, the cathedral was stripped of its decoration during the Reformation, when John Calvin made it his church. A neoclassical portico was added in the eighteenth century, and excavations beneath reveal remains going back to Roman times.
