Información
Founded after the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition, the museum moved to its neoclassical building on the lakefront in 1921. Its collections cover dinosaurs, ancient Egypt, gems and cultures from around the world. The Tyrannosaurus rex named Sue is a star exhibit, and the museum is part of the Museum Campus with the aquarium and planetarium.
Mejor momento para ir: Come early to meet the dinosaur skeletons in the main hall, then continue to the nearby Shedd Aquarium.
